STEAM PLANT
In the event of a space shortage or a forthcoming production transfer, VIRO can provide mobile steam boiler houses housed in containers. These compact container units accommodate a complete steam generation plant within a minimal footprint, offering exceptional flexibility and functionality.
As with stationary facilities, VIRO can accommodate specific requirements or custom requests. Depending on the raw water analysis, the containerized facilities can be optionally equipped with a water treatment plant, including a dosing unit, a water softening facility, and/or a reverse osmosis system.
VIRO Steam Containers are available in capacities ranging from 1.000 kg/h to 4.000 kg/h and are delivered as “plug-and-play,” ready-to-go systems. All components, including the boiler, water treatment, feed water heating, and controls, are built into a weather-tight container equipped with a stainless steel chimney.
You can choose burners for either natural gas or extra-light heating oil (diesel).
There is no additional building required. You only need to provide floor foundations and connections for water, electricity, and fuel. All equipment comes pre-installed and fully operational upon delivery.
