STYRODESIGN HS with DAL-I

Styrodesign HS

Horizontal contour cutting frame H is designed for accurate contour cutting of EPS sheets.
The stationary wire frame S provides additional stationary cutting capability and flexibility for sheet production. Stationary wires can be straight, and the contour wires can be angled, for a maximum gradient of 5%. The system is designed for a maximum size of 1.000 X 1.000 mm and can be used to cut ridge and valley plates as well as roof ridges.

The block parts are placed by the operator onto the conveyor belt of the StyroDesign cutting system and cut with the number of wires programmed by the operator.

It is recommended to always program the lower half with thicker plates and the upper half with thinner plates. If necessary, a function is available in the software that allows the cut to be programmed in two stages: first, the lower part is cut, then the wires are reset, the plate stack is reversed, and finally, the upper part is cut resulting in thin plates.

DAL-I Marking Station

The pre-cut tapered roof panels are transported by conveyor belt to the printer of the marking station, which marks the back of the stack of panels and writes the panel thickness on the left and right sides of each panel, text can be programmed for the middle.

VIRO Roof Software

The system uses VIRO Roof software to automate the production of tapered roof insulation elements.

  • Cutting tapered roof sheets with multiple wires in vertical orientation without dropping of sheets due to burn off.
  • Choosing only length and width of roof saddle, with the software automatically generating the cutting path for one wire to cut the complete set of sheets.

This software enables efficient planning and accurate production of complex roof insulation geometries.

STYROPLOT

StyroPlot features a turntable system, allowing 3D shape cutting using sequential cutting operations controlled by specialized software.
