BOARDS GROOVING STATION
Automatic board grooving system with rotating slitting blades specifically designed for processing insulation boards. It ensures precise grooving for improved material performance and application.
TYPICAL CONIGURATION
- Destacking station for separating EPS sheet stacks into individual sheets.
- Alignment and cross-cut slitting unit equipped with multiple saw blades.
- Transport and lengthwise slitting module with multiple saw blades for directional grooving.
- Automatic stacking unit for forming finished EPS bundles to the required height.

AUTOMATIC TONGUE AND GROOVE CUTTING LINE
The T&G cutting and stacking system capacity shall be a minimum of 25 sheets per 90 seconds for board dimensions of 25 mm x 1220 mm x 2440 mm.
