NEW MINERAL WOOL SOLUTION: LAMELLA CUTTING AND LAMINATING

We are proud to announce that we have engineered a new Lamella Cutting and Laminating Line, delivering a new solution that provides an even higher standard of quality for our customers.

A key innovation of our new Lamella Cutting and Laminating Line is the ability to simultaneously laminate both sides of a mineral wool panel. The line applies lamination films using a Hot Roll system on one side and a Hot Glue system on the other. The Hot Roll system activates pre-coated glue on the film, while the Hot Glue system applies adhesive directly to the film before bonding it to the mineral wool. If only single-sided lamination is required, the line can easily operate using just the Hot Roll system. The laminated mineral wool is then side-trimmed, cut to the desired length using a flying saw, and rolled into finished rolls ready for the customer. The entire process is fast, reaching speeds of up to 20 m/min.
